Adding new products

Keeping your menu up to date? Here’s how to do it smoothly

Introducing a new menu item? You can add new products to the kiosk through your chosen EPOS system. The inventory page on the kiosk displays all items from your EPOS catalogue. Keep in mind if you’re using dayparting, it will only show items set for the day.

You can access your inventory by navigating to 'AI Training' in the Settings menu.

The kiosk’s inventory automatically syncs with your EPOS catalogue every 10 minutes to ensure accuracy.

You can manually update the inventory at any time by tapping 'Sync Inventory' on any inventory page in the AI training menu. This works on both the Categories overview and within individual categories.

 

To keep your inventory up to date:

  1. Remove products that are no longer sold.
     
  2. Add new products and verify prices in your EPOS system.
     
  3. If you edit or change a product article’s name in your EPOS system, the reference images will automatically disappear, and you’ll have to take new reference images.
     

ℹ️ Some EPOS systems update only every 30–60 minutes. If changes made in your EPOS system don’t appear immediately on the kiosk, check whether your EPOS has updated before troubleshooting.
