1. Preparation & responsibilities
This guide outlines the steps involved in the WIPay–Deligo setup process.
Please note that the Client is responsible for initiating and preparing all requirements necessary for WIPay activation.
Before proceeding, please ensure the following:
Worldline Requests
Request WIPay activation with Worldline.
Please contact:
- Expert-netherlands@worldline.com in NL
- partners-belgium@worldline.com in BEL
Order the required services:
- WIPay subscription (host access)
- ECR (cash register) connection if not already active
2. Payment terminal setup
- A payment terminal should be available with an active cash register (ECR) connection (in this case, Deligo),
or
An ECR upgrade has been ordered from Worldline
- Ensure that the POI (serial number) of each terminal is assigned to the Deligo scheme by Worldline
Note: Deligo provides the integration with Worldline. The activation of WIPay could be initiated and requested either by Client or Deligo with Worldline.
3. Physical setup (Worldline guide)
Once the prerequisites are fulfilled:
Follow the official Worldline WIPay guide starting from chapter 3: “3. Connecting cables”
4. Deligo Dashboard Configuration
After Worldline setup, configure each device in the Deligo Dashboard:

Payment Configuration
- Payment terminal:
→ Select “Worldline WIPay” from the dropdown - Terminal ID:
→ Enter the terminal ID provided by Worldline

Credentials (Same for all devices)

Open the Credential section and fill in the following:
- Username: DeligoUser0407
- Password: L5DCczgfYAcRptsGuaLA
